Background

Vipin Kumar spent over twenty years inside global financial and telecommunications infrastructure — most recently as Technical Consultant at Fidelity International, with prior roles at STMicroelectronics, Orange, and Airtel. The work involved architecting decisions in environments where small errors had outsized consequences and where clarity under pressure mattered.

Alongside this professional path, a parallel apprenticeship unfolded: extended practice in contemplative traditions, somatic disciplines, and systems of inner architecture — refined through teachers and through direct experience.

Aurea Flowfield is the integration of both. It is not a coaching practice, nor a consulting firm in the conventional sense. It is a small, deliberate vessel for working with people at thresholds that deserve unhurried attention.
